New Knees New Trails
New Knees New Trails is about my personal journey through bilateral total knee replacements back into a world of hiking and taking on new challenges. At age 56 I am embarking on a nine-year journey to learn how to be a thru hiker on the Appalachian Trail (AT) with my new knees. A journey that will take me from being inactive to new trails of adventure and endurance. An adventure that will help me live my best life, as a type 2 diabetic. In the process I will share some of my coaching philosophy and tools that will help me achieve both success and significance.
